This report just popped up on my bookmark bar. I believe I bookmarked First Tuesday about six months ago, but I'm not sure how I saw it. It just appeared. Amazing.

The January 9, 2018 article is rich with data and investigative reporting. It takes the reader back to 2008 real estate market crash and the impact the crash had on Broker and Realtors. Then, the article looks at the present day environment and data.

The present day data show major disarray in sales performance management. My company looks at this as a sign Brokers and Realtors need more sales training. Many of the issues identified in this article point to the lack of sales skills in the real estate industry.
