Dawn promotes an active life with the energy to live by using sound nutrient timing that is easy to follow with functional strength and HIIT exercise as the means to put on muscle and balance the body. She coaches people (mainly women) into lives filled with energy, wellness, sound nutrition, a strong and balanced body, and a calm mind.
Dawn co-owns Michigan Kettlebells Strength & Training Center with her husband Craig. She is certified in Fitness Training, and Sports Nutrition, and do personal and small group training for women only. She has been a contributor to Oxygen Australia, Cygen Labs.com, Suggestic.com fitess and nutrition site, LiveFitter.com in Seol Korea, and a guest speaker for fitness events, and women’s groups on aging with strength.
Dawn received trophies in the Figure division in bodybuilding at 50 years old, and she has also competed in Kettlebell Sport. Dawn was actually quite overweight in the past. She weighed more when She was counting calories, and doing endless cardio than she did at 36 years old when she had her son! She'll tell us how she transformed her body and and her energy levels, and how you can too at 50+ years old!
