Former President Richard Nixon and FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover had people who they could trust to get rid of incriminating evidence when things went bad for them. Would someone do it for you? Would they need to do it for you? We rely so heavily on our electronic devices to store information about ourselves. Some of the information that we store may make us look bad in the event that we are not here to explain things. Things like ography, evidence of infidelity, secret desires, theft, lies, even websites that may have been risque. There may have even been things that were not so bad on there, such as baby pictures, videos of weddings, etc.. If you had someone who would destroy your hard drives for you, would they be destroying the drives for you, or would they be destroying them for themselves? Think about it.
