SOVEREIGN AUTORITY IN THE REALM of The Heavens and on earth.THEFATHER!!! and mans mind was attacked from the inside by the defeated enemy called The Tree of KNOWLEDGE therefore THE FATHER!!!devised rhe plan to redeem HIS MIND!!! and mans mind through obedience of the first Adam He and Adam She, that plan failed and HE!!! devised another plan of redeeption through SALVATION by reaching deeper in HIMSELF!!! and bringing forth THE SAVIOR TO RESTORE THE INTERNAL damage eternally thoughout eternity through HIS BLOOD!!! that cleanes with HIS LOVE that covers a multitude of sin Therefore JESUS hanged on a tree not a cross to cover our sins with HIS BLOOD!!! with THE FATHERS LOVE!!!.(Acts.5:30).The GOD!!! of our fathers raised-up JESUS!!!,whom you slew and hanged on a tree.(Gen.2:9).And out of the ground made THE LORD GOD! to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight,and good for food,The Tree of LIFE also in the midst of the garden,and The Tree of KNOWLEDGE of good and evil.(Rev.22:1-3).And he showed me a pure river of life,clear as crystal,coming out of The Throne of GOD and of The Lamb.In the midst of the street of it,an on both sides of the river,was The Tree of Life,which bare twelve manner of fruits and yeild her fruit every month and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.(v3)And there shall be no more curse :but of GOD and THE LAMB shall be in it (the tree of knowledge);and HIS servants will serve HIM!!!

Number of Meals
Rest Needed by the Stomach
267. The stomach must have careful attention. It must not be kept in continual operation. Give this misused and much-abused organ some peace and quiet and rest. After the stomach has done its work for one meal, do not crowd more work upon it before it has had a chance to rest and before a sufficient supply of gastric juice is provided by nature to care for more food. Five hours at least should elapse between each meal, and always bear in mind that if you would give it a trial, you would find that two meals are better than three.—Letter 73a, 1896 CD 173.1
Eat a Substantial Breakfast
268. It is the custom and order of society to take a slight breakfast. But this is not the best way to treat the stomach. At breakfast time the stomach is in a better condition to take care of more food than at the second or third meal of the day. The habit of eating a sparing breakfast and a large dinner is wrong. Make your breakfast correspond more nearly to the heartiest meal of the day.—Letter 3, 1884 CD 173.2

The Book of Galatians

The main theme of the Galatians is the Defense of Justification by Faith and warnings of reverting to Judaism or returning to the Law. I believe that many Christians are not clear when it comes to the Law versus Grace. Too often many have tried to live the law and under Grace.The Law and grace are two exact opposites and to attempt to live by both dictates on creates confusion in the believers mind. It cretes instability in the mind and in the actions. What is Grace? Grace is God's unmerited favor towards us, not by anything we have done. It is unearned. It is not that the law was bad and Jesus was good; but rather both the giving of the law and the coming of Jesus Christ was God's stages in reaching out to humanity. Jesus Christ marks the final definitive revelation of God's grace and truth.Jesus is superior to Abraham, Jacob and Moses. The Law was fulfilled in Christ Jesus. Therefore we no longer must work for and sacrifice for His acceptnce but only have faith. Jesus Christ is the fulfilling of the law, a once and for all propitation for our sins. We are the righteous of God in Christ Jesus. The scripture says that without faith, it is impossible to please Him. For he that comes to God, must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those that seek him. To live by grace is to receive the promises of God by Faith To live under to law is to try and work to receives the promises of God. Remember that Jesus is the fulfilling of the Law. No more sacrifices.
I believe one of the hindrances of receiving by grace is due to the mindset established in us many years ago. We are accustomed to working for everything and feeling like if we haven't worked for it then we have not acquired it the right way. This natural mind of thinking is contrary to what God says. That is why it is so important that we are renewed in the spirit of our minds.
