I believe there are 3 components necessary for children to live a healthy lifestyle.  This podcast discusses the importance of EXERCISE.  We will also discuss the different ways to workout, how often children should workout each week and parent/guardian involvement; how to reduce TV/video games/computer time and ways to get them more engaged in other activities.
