Many foods have sugar, some more than others.  When you’re shopping or eating out, you can still make wise decisions concerning the foods offered to your family.  We will discuss how to be proactive and what’s a healthy balance on a daily basis. You aren’t with your children all day, but lets start the process of accountability where they can make better decision.
