This is part 1 for the letter C. We talk about the 5C's - Capability, Commitment, Confidence, Creativity, Curiosity.

Capability is the expression or the articulation of the capacity, materials and expertise an organization needs in order to perform core functions.

Commitment is the feeling of responsibility that a person has toward the goals, mission, and vision of the organization s/he is associated with.

Confidence is knowing your strengths and weakness well, and having a positive view of yourself.

Creativity is the ability to develop new ideas and solutions to problems.

Curiosity is the desire to learn and understand new things and to ask questions to figure out the “how” and, crucially, the “why.”
