Please welcome New York City Personal Trainer and Pre/Post Natal specialist Nicole Martinez.

Nicole Martinez is a Pre natal/Post partum trainer, educating other trainers and working with a number of new mommies and mommies-to-be, focusing on feeling strong during pregnancy and on exercises that help with preparing for the sport of motherhood and the birthing process.

She has also has great success with getting bodies back into shape in the middle of a new family schedule.

Nicole has a BA in Kinesiology, the study of movement, along with a degree in Dance and has danced professionally around the world. Her desire to move, as well as her 8 years of certification and passion for fitness, gives her the ability to create a program for individuals who want to accomplish goals such as: weight loss, injury care and prevention and strength gains, those just getting started or those in need of a new perspective on their workouts.
