As a lifelong lover and advocate for animals Denise authored 4 children’s book and a non ficion work "Tony's Tale, Tragedy in Arizona." Her books promote compassion for all creatures and raise awareness for the plight of unwanted dogs and cats in our society.  She has also has a weekly news column and has written many inspirational magazine stories promoting the same message and inspiring others to become a voice for the voiceless.

Currently Denise is working on transforming her book "Tony's Tale, Tragedy in Arizona" into a documentary of the same title.

Denise lives in Orlando and spends her time writing, speaking, and volunteering at various animal shelters.
