Daniel Mwamba and Chasaya Sichilima have been living in the United Kingdom and Canada for more than 20 years respectively. They've been actively involved in egaging the homeland in issues to do with its relationship with the Zambian Diaspora community in wide ranging issues one of them being dual citizenship which was eventually enshrined into the Republican constitution. The Zambian Diaspora has evolved over the past 3 decades in seeing more structured, stronger organized communities making tangible developmental projects.
