pregnant, or within a year of their baby being born
• 40 per cent said pregnancy changed their priorities 
and they wanted to be based at home

and looking after children improves their work skills

an annual salary of nearly £50,000 to fulfil the many

into is beauty/health, followed by childcare-focused
