The Voice of Joy On-Line  When You Believe and Trust
Having genuine faith is when you believe in times that are not in troubled water. Then, you look in the mirror and ask yourself why you only call on God's healing power only when you find yourself in troubled water.
And the rest of the time, you just say God is good, or you have been blessed, or he is a good God.  But do you think God is pleased with only troubled times? So I ask you to think of it like this, there is an old saying,

Your parents would like to hear from you outside of troubles water,
More than just Can you help, or I need your financial assistance.

God is the father of us all, and to only call his name in times of need.
It is like saying to your human parents; I only need you when trouble comes.
