Pastor Connie Bivens-An Event With Excellence

Pastor Constance Fitch Bivens having served in ministry for more than 25 years is a sought after conference speaker, encouraging women, empowering marriages, and inspiring youth across the United States and abroad.  She is a graduate of Sacramento Theological Seminary & Bible College, a Life Coach, author of the life changing book, “Grow Girl” Turning Your Stumbling Blocks into Stepping Stones, and a contributing writer in “When Sisters Speak” Life Lessons from Women in Ministry.   

As the Founder of Encouraging the Heart, Woman to Woman Ministries, a ministry whose purpose is to encourage, empower, educate, and equip every woman to be the woman God created her to be, Pastor Connie uses life-applicable tools obtained through the inspirational and instructional Word of God to encourage women to release their past, realize their purpose, and reach their destiny. 

Under a mandate from the Lord she ministers healing and deliverance across national platforms for conferences, retreats, seminars and revivals. While her heart is toward women, her desire is to be used by God to provide encouragement as God brings salvation, healing, and deliverance, to men, women, boys and girls everywhere, realizing as stated in Acts 20:24, “But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by the Lord Jesus – the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of God.”

Pastor Connie has been married to Pastor Kenneth Bivens for 33 years and is the mother of four sons, and grandmother of six.
