Sue Tsigaros, CEO The Principal Structure, Your Partner in Leadership Wisdom

Sue is the CEO of The Principal Structure, an Organisational Development consultancy specialising in creating healthy, productive team and organisational cultures through the development of Leadership Wisdom. Sue holds a Masters Degree in Coaching Psychology as well as being an accredited Mastery Coach, Sacred Money Archetypes Coach and Women Power and Body Esteem Coach and facilitator. Following her early academic career she spent 20 years in the Corporate environment in senior Sales and Management roles, then launched her coaching practice in 2002. Sue is particularly passionate about helping women in leadership roles. Whether in startup stage or leading multi-million dollar portfolios she provides a grounded, expansive and loving space for women to reach their full potential for health, wealth and wisdom, in a way that honours their feminine power - so that we can all make a positive difference in shifting the balance of power in the world.
