A community leader, Ms. Fratoni has held various leadership positions throughout the years. She was a founder of the Women’s Success Network, a senior consultant with the Employers Association, The Atlanta Coaching Alliance, and a member of the American Society of Training and Development. Her strong community involvement in charitable causes and organizations placed her into the Who’s Who of Women in Business, and the Who’s Who of International Business.
