This week on Women Warriors, Wed Mar 14th at noon ET, our special guest will be Anne Keeton, Certified Grief Recovery Specialist & Life Coach.  Anne will be discussing the topic of "The Emotional Impact of Grief and the Myths that Sabotage the Woman Warrior Within."   You won’t want to miss this impactful show!

If you have experienced loss or know that you will, Anne Keeton can help you.   Anne’s entire life has prepared her for this role.  Long before she earned her official international certification in the field, Anne had proven herself to be an innately talented leader, achiever and motivator. So it was only natural for her to begin helping people living in pain to make the most of their lives in dramatic and exciting ways.

A solid foundation for Anne’s work began with her college major in sociology and philosophy — ideal groundwork for discovering what makes people tick. But she went far beyond academics by taking on what might well be considered some of the toughest life coaching challenges of all: helping prison inmates and halfway house residents’ reform and rebuild their lives.

More recently, Anne’s personal grief recovery work led her to The Grief Recovery Method® Outreach Program.   She is certified to coach this approach along with her own recovery methods. She understands firsthand the feelings of desperation, longing, hurt and angst. But in her recovery journey, she has experienced the presence of joy, happiness and other feelings that seemed unattainable.   She also understands the paradox that “feeling bad feels bad ... and feeling better can also feel bad.” It is her role to lead the way to relief and release.    You can contact Anne at anne@annekeeton.com or 404-246-6460.
