This week on Women Warriors, Wed, Sept 28th at Noon ET, our special guest will be business owner, Diane Bogino.  We will discuss the topic of "Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone."  You will hear from Diane, who discovered some amazing things about herself when she stepped out of her comfort zone.

As President of Performance Strategies, Diane Bogino understands that people, systems and tasks need to work in harmony in order to produce positive results for both employees and the organization’s bottom line throughout the change process.

With her 20+ years in human resources and as co-founder of two of Atlanta’s most highly successful Italian restaurants, Provino’s and Scalini’s, Diane helps organizations diagnose and solve problems within leadership and management such as culture, teambuilding, communication, sales, hiring, retention, performance improvement, employee engagement, training, and facilitation.

Ms. Bogino is the author of five books. In a “former life”, Diane was an actress and model. She played a doctor in a movie with Patty Duke. She appeared in numerous commercials and did a national spot for Delta airlines. She also did voice overs, print and runway modeling. At one time she was “Daffey Diane,” (some say she still is), a magic clown. She also performed magic as herself winning Magician of the Year for Greater Atlanta.

Diane is currently pursuing a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University and holds several assessment and coaching certifications.
