This week on Women Warriors, Wed Sept 21stat noon ET, we will discuss the topic of “Busting the Myth of Work Life Balance and Making Time Work for You.”   Our special guest will be Certified Professional Coach, Michele Brant.

Michele Brant is an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner and Professional Certified Coach trained through iPEC. Integrating her expertise in the area of life balance, she has worked with countless clients like you, to help them achieve the life they truly want to be living.

She works with professional women who feel trapped and at the end of their rope; putting everything and everybody before themselves.  She supports them in changing from being stressed out and out of balance, to feeling energized and inspired about their life.

Michele knows the challenges that professional woman face from the inside, with more than 20 years of corporate and consulting experience.

She started out her adult life making decisions from the perspective of “this is what I should do.”  She struggled with depression, insomnia, not feeling like she fit in and being in several relationships that weren’t fulfilling.  She kept on this course for a long time, losing herself due to making compromise after compromise. From the outside, it may have seemed to most people that she had it all together.  But deep down, she wasn’t happy and lacked clarity and direction to live the life she really wanted to be living.

Fortunately, she discovered coaching and it changed her life.  She can truly say now that her life is balanced and fulfilling including a wonderful marriage, great friendships, and a fantastic career.

She currently lives in the Charlotte, NC area with her husband, stepdaughter, 2 adopted dogs and a cat.
