Join LT Dan and "Champion" Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret) Laszlo Pasztor for an insightful assessment of today's America, the recent "Super Tuesday" election results, and returning our nation to a Constitutional Republic and beacon on a hill!

LTC (Ret) Laszlo Pasztor, Jr. was born in Budapest, Hungary and escaped after the Hungarian Revolution in 1956 with his family to Pittsburgh, PA where he graduated from high school.  Laszlo‘s experiences, as well as his education during college in Massachusetts (major in history) prepared him for military leadership.  He founded and led a “Hungarians in Exile” Boy Scout troop in Boston and cofounded and led the Young Americans for Freedom chapter at his college.

After enlisting in the Army, Laszlo was quickly selected to attend Officers’ Candidate School and received his commission in 1975 as an Armor officer.  His additional military occupational specialties included Plans Operations and Training, Foreign Area Officer (Europe) and Special Operations.  He served overseas in Germany, Romania and Hungary. The last overseas assignment of his 30 years of Active and Reserve service was during Operation Iraqi Freedom as a plans officer for a Civil Affairs brigade.

Laszlo’s other accomplishments include:

  • Hiking the Appalachian Trail in 2005 (post retirement)
  • Working for the Bethesda Mission homeless shelter in Harrisburg, PA as the Director of Men’s Ministry
  • Cofounding and serving as President of the Cumberland County, PA chapter of Americans for Christian Traditions in Our Nation (ACTION of PA)
  • Serving on the board of the Pennsylvania Homeschoolers Accreditation Agency (PHAA)
