When Michele was 13 years old found herself struggling to survive Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis Syndrome, a freak allergy to a medication that turned her into a full-body burn patient almost overnight. When she was released from the hospital 3 weeks later, the kid she had been was gone, and the girl in her place was a complete stranger.
