Our guests will include Hamish Cumming, a farmer and mechanical engineer from Victoria, Australia whose two-year study on carbon emissions is stirring up the windies.  Hamish has been a strong voice opposing industrial wind in Australia.

 
John Terry, the talented artist behind the fabulous "Windtoons", will also join us.  We will hear about his experiences communicating loudly through cartoons.
 
Michael S. McCann, a Certified Real Estate Appraiser with over 30 years experience  will talk about property values. Michael is currently documenting a new case study from Michigan (Consumer's Lake Wind Energy project in Mason County). He reports that, "One of my clients was able to sell, and my pre-project appraisal of his house, on both a pre and post turbine basis, turned out to be pretty accurate, and confirms an approximate 25% discount due to turbines."  Michael is also developing an webinar to help other appraisers learn how to properly evaluate the impact of IWT on real estate values.
