In 2006, Cornelia partnered with several colleagues to create 3C Consulting LLC, a Human Capital Management Firm specializing in Executive Coaching and Strategic Planning. With the desire to make a significant difference in the lives of others, she expanded the scope of her work to help entrepreneurs and individuals leverage strategic planning principles to create the balance and abundance they desire in every area of their lives. She reaches thousands of professionals each year during her workshops, coaching, consulting and speaking engagements with organizations across business, industry, and academia including General Motors, Hewlett Packard, Edward Jones, University of Michigan, and Duke University among others. Often asked by clients how she created the balance and abundance she has in her life, Cornelia created Spend Your Day Your Way, a workshop designed to help you strategically plan for your life and work. In 2010 she launched Your Desire By Design a coaching program enabling you to have a life beyond balanced. In addition to these strategic planning opportunities Cornelia continues her work with executives and entrepreneurs to lead their businesses in the 21st century.
