THIS GROUP WILL BE FEATURED AT THE NASHVILLE AUTHORS & ARTISTS EXPO IN NASHVILLE ON OCTOBER 17TH.
The voices of Not Easily Broken have a long history of ministry. Their vocal background is rooted deeply in gospel. Carissa, Lawanda, and Tamissa started singing with their father and sister in a group called Faithful. Jasmine joined the group when she came of age. Ebony started singing while young as well. They all participated on the youth praise team and choir ministries at church. While doing ministry , it was prophesied that they were called to do greater. After a decade of praise and worship ministry the group Not Easily Broken emerged in March 2013. The name is derived from the revelation conclusive from a devastating experience that the group went through as a whole. They were persecuted but not forsaken, cast down but not destroyed. That this life experience did not and will not break them.
Their journey started in Charleston, South Carolina at Rehoboth International Ministries in April 2013. There they kicked off the CD release concert of Pastor Quincy Brown and Protected Glory. Upon returning to Clarksville, they did community services and local events from April 2013 to September 2013. On September 6, 2013 they performed at Clarksville's Annual Riverfest sharing the First Baptist stage with Sidewalk Prophets.
