Chicago resident Paul Taylor tells the story of the nightmare that began in 2005 when he was stopped by police and ordered, without explanation, to get into the car. His refusal led to being pepper sprayed, handcuffed, his foot slammed in the car door and broken, and being taken to jail where he was kept for nearly four years while court appointed attorneys tried to force him to accept a plea bargain and declare himself guilty of a crime he knew nothing about.. Could this happen to you? Perhaps.

Houston resident William Allen was sitting in the car one Sunday afternoon with a visiting friend who lit up a joint, shortly afterwards, they were met by a Houston Police Officer who ordered them out of the car. They were searched and handcuffed and further searching and investigation turned up 4 grams of marijuana

Mr. William's friend took full responsibility and explained to the officer that the possession was his and his alone and Mr. William did not have anything to do with the marijuana. In spite of the confession of Mr. William's friend, they were both arrested and charged with possession.

IT'S TIME TO KNOW THE LAW!!!
