Marcus Mosiah Garvey was born on the land in St. Anne's Bay Jamaica on August 17, 1887 placing him under the Mighty Sign of Leo the Lion, and a Triumphant Leader he was. He was so victorious that he did not even accept defeat in death, thus the statement; "Look For Me In The Whirlwind.
