Prior to program completion I underwent back surgery, volunteered for a third tour in Iraq and subsequently transferred into military intelligence with the US Army. Between security contracts in Afghanistan for the US State Department, I completed my 4-year degree program with a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and advanced coursework in Geographic Information Systems at the University of Washington. In 2016, I formed an LLC, 'Shield Biomechanics', with the express purpose of completing the TALOS Project and enabling our LEOs and warfighters to enter the fray without trepidation or vulnerability."
