Welcome to the Voice of Change!  Today is Day 16 in our 21 day series...The Art of Change.  Our topic is Nurturing Self Love.  Don Ross, Marriage and Family Therapist in practice in Sonoma County since 1978 is with me.  He will discuss why a lack of love for self is so prevalent here in the West and how we can prevent that from happening in our children...and ways of healing it within ourself. During this program we'll tap on releasing not appreciating ourself as well as negative self talk and we'll tap in Self-love,
Self-kindness and Self-appreciation.
If you'd like to bring more self-love into your life, join us for this program on using EFT for release and renewal.

Day 16:  Nurturing Self Love
Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care.  You must assume full responsibility for yourself if you proceed with any of these practices.  Sharon Ann Wikoff holds two EFT certificates, the EFT-CC and the EFT-ADV.  She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
