Welcome to the Voice of Change!  This is an amazing time for change. It's the perfect time for releasing the old and welcoming the new.  Today,  Our topic is Acceptance of "This Moment".  Often we have expectations of what "this moment" is suppose to be like.  If our expectations align with what is, all is well.  However, if is not such an alignment, then one may have negative emotions arise. Today we'll offer you the opportunity to release expectations about each and every moment and to be open to the mystery, the joy and the peace is "This Moment".   As we move forward in this new time on the planet... in this time of change, we are supported in moving  toward wholesome, peace and joy. Day after day I see that when I take one step forward, the Universe supports me taking 3 more steps easily and effortlessly.  I invite you to join this movement toward greater wholeness, love and peace!   EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the work of Gary Craig who is passionate about helping people feel better and heal. It's very similar to acupuncture, however, without the needles.  You tap various places on your body with your finger tips to release unwanted negative emotions as well as physical pain and discomfort. I invite you to tune in and try it out...see if it is right for you.

Day 15:  Acceptance of This Moment

Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care.  You must assume full responsibility for yourself if you proceed with any of these practices.  Sharon Ann Wikoff holds two EFT certificates, the EFT-CC and the EFT-ADV.  She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
