Welcome to the Voice of Change!  Have you noticed that the energies are very strong these days. I'm finding that I must I actually take time to adjust daily and ask, "Show me my next step!" or What am I being called to do in this moment? I've been called to return to the field of EFT and once again offer sessions in this amazing technique.  For 21 days I will offer a radio program on The Art of Change with EFT. So, if you want to release any negative emotions as well as strengthen positive emotions...please tune in and learn more about EFT and how it can support you at this time. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is the work of Gary Craig who is passionate about helping people feel better and heal physical and emotional pain issues. It's very similar to acupuncture, however, without the needles.  You tap various places on your body with your finger tips to release unwanted negative emotions as well as physical pain and discomfort. Day 6:  Forgiveness:  Today we'll be tapping on Forgiveness of Ourself as well as of Others.

Although thousands of EFT practitioners from all around the globe have witnessed many examples of change and healing from anger, hurt, rage, guilt and resentment, EFT techniques should not be seen as a substitute for appropriate medical and psychiatric care.  You must assume full responsibility for yourself if you proceed with any of these practices.  Sharon Ann Wikoff holds two EFT certificates, the EFT-CC and the EFT-ADV.  She has found it to be a powerful technique for clients and herself.
