This is such good news for the Group Fitness Professional Instructor. We can focus on fitness in our classes. We don't have to work out at level 10 intensity. And we are here for the goals of progressing fitness levels, improving coordination, cultivating rhythm, increasing strength, and endurance. And how about it's all just for fun.
