Mortgage Talk with Marla

This show is a bit of a twist compared to the normal shows that I run. This time I am interviewing Marla Barch, Senior Mortgage Planner at Pacor Mortgage in Chicago, IL. Marla has an extensive background in Real Estate that everyone needs to hear and know. Marla Barch is very active in the community by being involved in the Hyde Park Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Le Tip Chapter, and the Chicago Cashflow Club for Women. Marla Barch's expreience ranges from being a real estate investor herself  to teaching others how to properly plan for the future with real estate. Marla Barch is considered a Mortgage Planner and not just a regular broker for many reasons that we will get into in the show.
