Guest Bio: Jeniffer Hepler grew up in the beauty industry working in the salons of her aunt and cousin in Indiana. After 11 years of working from front desk clerk to salon manager, she yearned to implement her own  ideas for her own salon. After securing a bank loan in 2006 and following her business plan, she has grown Salon Vox into a bustling salon with over 20 employees.
