Stuck

There's a point I experienced in each one of my four unmedicated labors where I felt profoundly stuck in a moment of complete suffering. That kind of seemingly immovable pain is familiar to every person; we haven't all gone through labor but we are all the time laboring to birth the truest, kindest, most authentic version of ourselves. When we are stuck, where do we go for help? Who rescues us? What can we do to move when movement appears impossible? Here's is just one thing that can being the shift of everything.
