The three dynamic EXPERTS in the fields of physical fitness, vegan, vegetarian and whole food preparation, AND how to make the transition from the carnivorous lifestyle to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle are back to finish the discussion from January.

The experts are,

  • Desiree’ Murray – Certified American Council on Exercise (ACE) Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer,
  • Chef, Ama Shambulia – skilled Culinarian, Culinary Graduate, and Community Chef. Chef Ama’s specialty is Vegan, Vegetarian and Whole Food preparation, and
  • Elder Joyce Sykes, - Ordained Minister and proponent and practitioner of Quan Yin method of meditation in including now a Vegan plant based diet for life under the teachings of Supreme Master Ching Hai (1999 until the present).
