Wolves and Eagles

Eagles are sacred to Native Americans..they are a symbol of freedom and the sacred messenger of the Creator. The wolf  teaches the value of family and is a big part in the ecosystem and delicate balance of the land. There are many legends in the Native American culture about both of these sacred animals.

Today Hawk, George and Lisa will be discussing the wolves being hunted not only for their fur but also for food.  Eagles are be killed by wind turbines. Alex Horsechief said he wanted to speak on the wolves so he will be joining us on the show.
