The University Council for Educational Administration (UCEA) is an international consortium of prestigious research universities committed to advancing the preparation and practice of educational leaders for the benefit of children, schools and society. UCEA, as a consortium, symbolizes an important aspiration--advancing the field of educational leadership through inter-institutional cooperation, communication, and contribution. The UCEA Interview Series is a resource for stakeholders in educational leadership and policy, including practitioners, professors, graduate students and policy makers. The purposes of the series include: 1) improving research utilization, 2) drawing attention to critical issues, and 3) providing UCEA members and the broader education community with high quality resources.
