The Fourth Branch: Trying to Protect My Children, Thursday, May 25, 2017, at 6-8 p.m. Pacific, 7-9 p.m. Mountain, 8-10 p.m. Central, and 9-11 p.m. Eastern.  False allegations, restraining orders, exculpatory police reports, and lucrative GAL intervention are all elements in tonight’s story. A loving, responsible parent has been subject to prolonged separation, but even worse, has been rendered  powerless to protect his children from actual abuse.

What happens when a Guardian-ad-Litem prolongs a case even though the county attorney representing the Department of Human Services has filed to dismiss?

A private third-party investigator has written the following about allegations against this dad: “After reading your emails earlier, I was very aware that they did not have enough evidence.”  This party states that there is plenty of concern about other people in the children’s home, as well as use of a “history of restraining order requests and this court battle.”

The child/family investigator in this case, as well, believes that the children are “intertwined in the case,” and are being coached.  Many people are concerned about harm the children will sustain from their confusion being dragged into one parent’s attempt to defame the other. Tune in to an important show!
