Binding Up Our Spiritual Wounds

When we, as believers, choose to live our lives catering to our flesh, and not being mindful of the high calling and covenant we have as children of the Most High God, it will lead to the enemy having access to our lives, and we know the enemy wants to destroy us, afflict us, and destroy our faith. This is why it is imperative that we take stock of our spiritual lives often, and let the Holy Spirit minister to us where there may be breaches in our shield of faith.

We have to continuously bind up the wounds that may have accumulated in our lives due to us constantly fighting the good fight of faith. We have to rebuild the walls of our faith that may have suffered damage due to constant spiritual warfare.

If we do not, we leave ourselves weak, and we become vulnerable targets for the Devil. This is what happened to Samson in the Book of Judges.
