Description: h:3515 s:135258	The town of Selma, NC is debating allowing an ethanol plant to be built in its jurisdiction. This has generated a lot of controversy right at the outset. I am on the town planning board and knew of the project, even voting to send the project to the town council for a vote. Tuesday night, Jan 8, 2008 there was a public hearing on the rezoning request. I was there and got the audio. The Selma mayor also made a comment about lynching a citizen. The comment made it on most of the major news outlet expand
