We'll be featuring an interview with Keith Elkins, executive director of the Freedom of Information Foundation of Texas, to talk about open government issues in the Lone Star State. In particular, we'll ask him about the efforts by some local government officials in Texas to strike down the state's Open Meeting Act on the grounds that it violates their First Amendment rights to freedom of speech.
