Created by David Emmerson, this yoga brings a new understanding of the many components in trauma that can be affecting us from a very early age and how it is affecting us now. Studies are showing that if we have trauma physically, it can be healed through physical practices. Michele was introduced to this yoga practice through a special Sounds True Summit that had David as one of their presentors. It is a very profound and unique perspective that once understood about trauma, can transform the way you maybe looking at how we are sensitive through traumatic experiences and in moving we literally to less trauma.
