Dan Kennedy says, "My single biggest recommendation is the use of a monthly customer newsletter. Nothing, and I mean nothing, maintains your fence better." That newsletter "fence" is meant to keep your customers in and poachers out. If you don't have a monthly newsletter you are herding customers like cats and the poachers are running wild!
