Pro-Individual: What country is anarchic?

I answered a question that asked "Which country or countries are closest to the epitomy of 'anarchy' today?"

I want to share that answer with you tonight.

The default answer by almost everyone was Somalia, which isn't correct. But this is because people associate Somalia with chaos and violence, and also associate those things with "anarchy". I hope to better explain what anarchy is (and isn't), and explain why Somalia is no example of anarchy.
