Tish Rabe, The singing author.

Tish Rabe (“Robby”) is the bestselling author of over 170 children’s books for Sesame Street, Disney, Nickelodeon, PBS Kids and The Cat in the Hat’s Learning Library, a series of rhyming science books for early readers. A television series based on these books “The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About That” airs daily on PBS Kids.

Her book “There’s No Place Like Space” is on the Wall Street Journal Bestseller List every year. Her latest book in the Cat in the Hat’s Learning Library Series “The 100 Hats of the Cat in the Hat” is all about the number 100 and a celebration of the 100th Day of School.
In this new book the Cat spends the day visiting Sally and Dick’s classroom to show the students how some simple tools including a hundreds chart, ten frames, a number line and 100 silly hats make it easy to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide!
Ms. Rabe is a proud mom, stepmom and grandmother and enjoys doing School Author Visits both in person and she also does Virtual Visits across the United States and around the world via internet technology.
Trained as a professional singer she has recently been named “The Singing Author” by her teacher fans because she always SINGS to the students during her presentations and inspires them to keep reading, writing and singing!
