It's the beginning of a new workday, and you have many different tasks that you need to handle before the close of business. Some tasks are new that have been created and others are old tasks that you didn't have time to finish from the following day. Looking at the many tasks, you wonder how are you going to find time in your hectic schedule to complete them all before you depart without taking work home. In my upcoming broadcast of "Time Talk" & Focus, I am going to discuss how to organize all of your assignments, tasks, and activities of your day by creating a "Personal Time Policy." A Time Policy is an effective tool that is used to designate, the most effective time of your day for handling all tasks according their importance not their urgency. A time policy is also used to help eliminate disruptions and distraction that may cause you to lose focus when working on critical tasks. Be sure to join me as we discuss how to employ effective measures to put control back into your day and life.
