This Tuesday on the Conversation president Trump reacted to the death of college student Otto Warmbier, who was in a coma when North Korea released him last week. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Otto Family and every one who knew him. My thoughts on this and everything involved in leading up to this.  Spicer will likely no longer handle day-to-day press duties, including daily media briefings, and will instead oversee communications for the entire administration.
