On this episode of Motorsports Weekly,we go into detail with the FastTrack racing series.We start the shw with David Smith from SC and Dale Timms as well from South carolina who is also the rookie of the year for the FasTrak series,then in hour number two we talk with Brandon Umberger who is also another one of those awesome racers in the series,Brandon as you remember drove Chris Furgeson's car in the Turkey 100 qualifier at Swainsboro Raceway

At 7:30,the sister or crew chief comes in to the showCiara Pierce will step in and tell us what it is like to work on the brother's car.
In the final hour we will be joined by the parents Bob and Angie Pierce.We will get the perspective on the family atmosphere that goes with all this racing and go back and trace the career of Bob Pierce during his time spent behind the well.
Motorsports Weekly Tours with the Southern Regional Racing Series and Michael Luna as they round out the year and getting ready to take 2013 by storm with new announcements about the series and what they have planned.This will be a must listened to show for all the track promoters out there,think you will want to jump on the bandwagon with this series after you hear the news.Car owners and driver you will be wanting to join this series as well after you hear what all they have to say about the awesome changes coming in the 2013 season

The Tribute to the Troops: Race for the Wounded Warriors was originated by Hesler Motorsports in July 2011 as an exhibition event between the drivers at I-37 Raceway/Newsome Motor Park, with the proceeds, as well as individual donations, going to the Wounded Warrior Project and Center for the Intrepid Fund. Also known as "Warrior Fest" and held on Fourth of July weekend, Hesler Motorsports wanted the opportunity to give back to the Military community by providing a day of racing entertainment, food and fun to celebrate all veterans, active duty, and their friends and family. Andrew Hesler, lead driver of the 1x Hesler Motorsports Limited Late Model, is a 14 year Veteran of the United States Army. He was medically released in 2009 due to an injury caused by an improvised explosive device, or IED. His love for motor sports and the Military, combined with the discipline he learned in the Army, is what motivates him on, and off, the track. His accomplishments in both fields include the prestigious Soldiers Medal, which he received for saving the life of a drowning individual, and a 1st place trophy and 2009 Rookie Driver of the Year at I-37 Raceway. Brandon Hadden from Vidialia,Ga will be making the trip over to Texas to participate in this event.Brandon is one of the youngstrers running in the superstreet class around the Central Ga dirt tracks.He joins us as we get ready to learn about his adventure to Texas and what it means to him to be able to participate in this event.

Motorsports Weekly Goes Back to School;Race 101 .On this show we learn about what Race 101 teach the youngsters about racing,we will cover the ins and out on how they work with their students on marketing and sponsorship.Graduate,Employee and Driver Derrick Robbie will be on to discuss Race 101 and his racing career.He will be bringing along two other drivers with him;they are Garret Merchant and Clifton SavageClifton Savage got his start in racing in 2008, thanks to his father Harry Savage. One month after graduating high school, Clifton made his first race ever on July 3rd, 2008 at Langley Speedway in Hampton, Virginia.Garrett Marchant is only fifteen, but he has done more than the average teen has done by this age. Garrett is a race car driver from Roanoke Rapids, NC and has started to make an impact in the racing world.Derek is a fun-loving 15-year-old boy who truly enjoys life. During his free time, he enjoys being in the fresh air playing basketball, riding his bike, or running through the woods. The rest of the time away from school is spent in the garage working on his race car.
