He now is a licensed minister and is also the Director of Ex-offender Programs and Services at the New Revival Center of Renewal in Capitol Heights, Maryland, a ministry for ex-offenders and the homeless. ANTHONY BRISCOE as we discuss "RE-ENTRY" and the obstacles men and women face when returning to their families, homes and communities after being separated for months and even years. What are the similarities between the ex-offender and  the ex-military personnel upon their return to an environment where their loved ones have learned to and adapted to survive without your presence? Once you've adapted without that loved one and created a pattern that works how do you fit the odd one out back in? Do you want to?
