Parenting! Is it wrong for same sex couples to raise children?

As you all know there are a lot of Children in today's society, more now than 20yrs ago. And the parents are becoming younger and "different". When I say different, I mean that there are more surrogate and foster parents stepping up. And with those fill-ins are parents who are also "Same Sex"! Some people disagree with this because they say that the model household should be between a man and woman; however isn't the well being of the child the major issue?
