A Real Discussion on Mental Health and Suicide

Journey of the Heart is the journal written by 17 y.o. Kate after she lost her brother to suicide. These private, raw, and unedited pates of her journal are a companion for anyone who has been impacte by suicide and shows them they are not alone and there is hope.

Katie while not attempting to benefit from her journal, continues to assist many people today. Katie has worked with many groups including the LA County Youth Suicide Prevention Project. She has been interviewed by number of professional media personalities including: Gary and Shannon KFI 640 Radio, Valentine Radio,  iheart Radio, Dr. Wendy Walsh Show, KOST 103.5 Los Angeles, WeRiseLA, and Oprah Winfrey.
